  • What types of events are hosted at Cowboy City Ranch?
    We offer a variety of events at Cowboy City Ranch, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, quinceaneras, reunions, sunset picnics, festivals, and concerts.
  • What is included in the rental fee?
    Depending on the package booked, the rental fee includes all facilities & grounds for your special day. Your rental fee also includes on-site amenities, caterer's kitchen, attendant & on-site property manager, use and setup/breakdown of our tables and chairs based on the client's desired layout, and final cleanup, not including trash removal.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Cowboy City Ranch accepts cash, cashier's check, debit, or credit card. The client is responsible for additional processing fees when paying with a credit card.
  • Can I hire my own caterer?
    We have curated an in-house preferred catering collection that are familiar with our venue and offer a diverse range of menu options. Other caterers are not permitted unless approved by Cowboy City Ranch management and must be submitted to staff 30 days prior to your event for approval.
  • Can we tour Cowboy City Ranch before booking?
    Absolutely, we offer tours of the venue by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a tour.
  • Is security required for my event?
    Security is required for every event with over 100 guests or serving alcohol, starting from the opening of the bar and ending once all guests have left the property. This is arranged on your behalf, and you will pay directly upon their arrival. $50/hour per officer. We work with Humble PD, which always requires two officers.
  • Who is responsible for clean up?
    The client is responsible for removing all decorations, gifts, and any outside items that are brought in. The caterers are responsible for the cleanup of the onsite catering kitchen and any spills or food that is remaining. The client and the caterer are responsible for the removal of all trash from the onsite dumpster. The actual cleaning of the venue is provided by Cowboy City Ranch.
  • Is parking available at Cowboy City Ranch?
    Yes, we have ample parking for all our guests on-site.
  • What if we are having an outdoor wedding and there is inclement weather?
    Your event is important to us. In the event of rain, the staff at Cowboy City Ranch will move the ceremony indoors and accommodate your guests as though it were a planned indoor wedding (at no charge).
  • Can I hire my own caterer?
    We have curated an in-house preferred catering collection that are familiar with our venue and offer a diverse range of menu options. Other caterers are not permitted unless approved by Cowboy City Ranch management and must be submitted to staff 30 days prior to your event for approval.
  • How many hours do I have access to the venue on my wedding day?
    Standard rentals are 13 hours including set up and clean up ending at 11 pm or before. Extra hours are available at a slight additional cost.
  • Is security required for my wedding?
    Security is required for every event with over 100 guests or serving alcohol, starting from the opening of the bar and ending once all guests have left the property. This is arranged on your behalf, and you will pay directly upon their arrival. $50/hour per officer. We work with Humble PD, which always requires two officers.
  • Can we bring our own alcohol to Cowboy City Ranch?
    No, outside alcohol is not permitted at Cowboy City Ranch. We offer a range of customizable beverage packages for your event.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Should the unfortunate situation arise where you would need to cancel your scheduled event, please contact us immediately. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the event date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations made less than 90 days before the wedding.
  • Does Cowboy City Ranch offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony sites?
    Yes, we offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations. The Blackstone along with its grand covered patio for indoor events. Our turfed lawn with and weddng gazebo nestled in a wooded area serve as a stunning outdoor ceremony location.
  • Do you offer all-inclusive wedding packages?
    Yes! We offer two approaches to all-inclusive wedding packages that can be booked with the team at Cowboy City Ranch: the first is a core package which includes allows for flexibility when it comes to picking your catering and excludes photography, videography, and bar selections; the second is a true all-inclusive package which has everything from wedding coordination to wedding photography and everything in between.   • Is insurance required?
    The client is liable for any damage to Cowboy City Ranch and its grounds during the contracted rental period. Couples are required to obtain event insurance for no less than $1,000,000 in liability listing Cowboy City Ranch as additionally insured.
