Below is a list of amenities and services offered at our facility.
 

Stall with daily pasture turnout   

$675/month

• Each stall is equipped with a rubber floor mat, water, hay, and grain feeders. 

• 2 feedings per day of grain and horse-quality alfalfa hay. 

• Daily pasture turnout (day or night). 

• Indoor wash/clipping stalls with cement flooring, electrical outlets, and cross ties. 

• Fly control.

• On-call veterinarian

• Monthly Farrier visit

• 150 x 300 feet lighted sand arena, and additional arena access for training

• Round pen for training

• Over 70 acres of property for riding. 

• Stalls are cleaned daily.
